Shipping Coverage
GutterMaterials.com ships within the continental United States (48 states).
Orders shipping to Alaska and Hawaii are subject to additional shipping charges due to carrier rates and delivery logistics.
Orders must be shipped to a physical address capable of receiving parcel or freight deliveries. We do not ship to P.O. Boxes. Billing addresses may be P.O. Boxes, but the shipping address must be a physical location.
Shipping Rates
- FREE Shipping on orders over $100 (continental U.S. only)
- $12.95 Flat Rate Shipping on orders under $100
- Shipping promotions apply to standard parcel shipments only
Oversized items such as gutter coil, downspouts, and contractor bulk quantities may require LTL freight shipping and additional freight charges may apply.
Shipping Carriers
Orders are shipped using FedEx, Spee-Dee Delivery Service, or LTL Freight Carriers, depending on the size, weight, and destination.
Carrier selection is determined by GutterMaterials.com to ensure efficient delivery.
Delivery dates are estimates only and are not guaranteed once a shipment leaves our facility.
Order Accuracy & Customer Responsibility
Customers are responsible for verifying that all items, quantities, sizes, colors, and product selections are correct before placing an order.
Once an order enters processing or shipment status, it may not be modified or canceled.

Return Policy & LTL Services
Returns
Return Eligibility
Standard merchandise may be returned within 30 days of invoice date, provided the return is approved through our Return Authorization process.
The following conditions apply:
- 20% restocking fee applies to approved returns
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs
Returns sent without prior authorization may be refused or returned & will not be shipped out unless customer covers cost to reship.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Special order items
- Custom or cut materials
- Installed products
- Used or altered merchandise
- Items returned in non-resaleable condition
Return Authorization Required
All returns must receive approval prior to shipment.

Returns must include the original invoice or order number.
Return Condition Requirements
Returned merchandise must be:
- Unused
- In original packaging
- In resaleable condition
- Properly packaged to prevent shipping damage
Products damaged during return shipment due to improper packaging may be rejected or subject to additional fees.
Refund Processing
Approved refunds are processed within 10–15 business days after returned merchandise has been received and inspected.
Refunds may be issued as:
- Refund to original payment method
- Store credit
- Company check
Refund method is determined by GutterMaterials.com accounting procedures.
Damaged or Missing Shipments
Customers must notify GutterMaterials.com within 10 days of delivery if a shipment arrives damaged or with missing items.
Claims reported after this timeframe may be denied.
Required Documentation for Damage Claims
Customers must email the following photos to order@guttermaterials.com and include the invoice number:
- Exterior shipping box
- Shipping label
- Contents inside the package
- Photos of all four sides of the box
Customers must retain all packaging materials and damaged merchandise until the investigation is complete.
Failure to retain packaging may result in claim denial by the shipping carrier.
Refused Package Policy
Refusing delivery of a shipment does not cancel the order.
If a shipment is refused for reasons other than visible shipping damage or a fulfillment error, the customer will be responsible for:
- Outbound shipping costs
- Return shipping costs charged by the carrier
- 20% restocking fee
Refused Shipment Refund Calculation
Refunds will be calculated as:
Order Total – Outbound Shipping – Return Shipping – 20% Restocking Fee
Refunds for refused shipments are issued as store credit only.
Freight Delivery Policy (Oversized Shipments)
Large items such as gutter coil, downspouts, and palletized contractor orders may ship via LTL freight carriers.
Freight shipments must be inspected at the time of delivery.
Freight Inspection Requirement
Customers must inspect freight shipments before signing the delivery receipt.
Customers should check for:
- Damaged packaging
- Crushed corners
- Torn wrapping
- Missing items
- Visible product damage
Any damage must be noted on the carrier’s delivery receipt before signing.
Failure to note damage may result in denial of the freight claim.
Concealed Freight Damage
If concealed damage is discovered after delivery, customers must notify GutterMaterials.com within 48 hours.
Customers must retain:
- All packaging materials
- Pallets or freight skids
- Damaged merchandise
Freight carriers may require inspection before approving claims.
Discarding packaging materials may result in automatic claim denial.
Freight Refusal Policy
Freight shipments should only be refused if severe damage is visible.
If a freight shipment is refused without documented damage, the customer may be responsible for:
- Original freight charges
- Return freight charges
- Applicable restocking fees
Freight Delivery Appointments
Some freight carriers require delivery appointments.
Customers are responsible for ensuring someone is available to receive and inspect the shipment.
Missed appointments or re-delivery requests may result in additional carrier charges.
Liftgate & Residential Freight Deliveries
Freight shipments are delivered curbside unless liftgate service is requested.
Additional services such as:
- Liftgate delivery
- Residential delivery
- Limited access delivery
may incur additional carrier charges.
Freight Liability Notice
Once a freight shipment is signed for and accepted without damage noted, the shipment is considered received in good condition.
Responsibility for the shipment transfers to the customer at that time and freight damage claims may not be approved by the carrier.
Contractor Installation Responsibility
GutterMaterials.com supplies products and materials but does not provide installation services.
Customers and contractors are responsible for:
- Proper product selection
- Correct installation practices
- Compliance with local building codes
- Ensuring compatibility of materials
GutterMaterials.com is not responsible for installation errors, labor costs, or project delays.
Limitation of Liability
Under no circumstances shall GutterMaterials.com be liable for:
- Labor costs
- Installation expenses
- Project delays
- Property damage
- Consequential or incidental damages
Liability is limited solely to replacement of defective merchandise or refund of the purchase price, at our discretion.
Payment Disputes & Chargebacks
By placing an order through GutterMaterials.com, the customer agrees to contact our support team to resolve any issue before initiating a payment dispute or chargeback with their bank or credit card provider.
Customers agree to provide reasonable opportunity for resolution before filing a dispute.
Filing a chargeback without first attempting to resolve the issue with our support team may result in:
- Suspension of future purchasing privileges
- Refusal of future service
- Submission of documentation to the payment processor supporting the validity of the transaction
