Gutter Perma Seal formulated for fast tack, controlled flow, and maximum bond strength that toughens with age.
The Ruscoe Gutter Perma Seal is formulated with a very special polymer and fortified with pigment, resins, and fillers to deliver fast tack, controlled flow, and maximum bond strength after fully cured. Unlike standard sealants that degrade over time, the Perma Seal bond actually toughens with age — remaining permanently flexible through repeated expansion and contraction caused by extreme temperature changes.
A professional-grade sealant built for contractors who need a reliable, long-lasting seal on every gutter installation. Apply with confidence knowing the bond will hold through years of outdoor exposure, temperature swings, and seasonal stress.
