Professional grade 100% silicone sealant engineered for demanding construction applications where adhesion, flexibility, and long-term durability are non-negotiable.
The Geocel 8125 100% Silicone High-Performance Acetoxy Cure Sealant is a high-modulus, one-component formula with excellent adhesion to non-porous surfaces and the flexibility to handle ±25% joint movement — making it a reliable choice for general construction, heavy-duty trucks and trailers, OEM manufacturing, and siding, window, and door applications. Outstanding resistance to weathering, vibration, and moisture ensures the bond holds up through the harshest outdoor conditions season after season.
Mildew resistant once cured and capable of application in adverse temperatures — a practical advantage on job sites where ideal conditions aren’t always available. Works for both sealing and adhering surfaces across a wide range of common building substrates including glass, wood, vinyl, ceramic, painted surfaces, brick, stainless steel, and galvanized primer.
Meets ASTM C 920 and TT-S-00230-C standards. FDA and USDA approved. Available in clear. Geocel 8125 is sold in boxes of 12.
Important — Not Recommended For:
- Exterior below-grade use
- Glazing of insulated glass units sealed with two-part silicone secondary seals
- Continuous underwater immersion
- Applications over tar, asphalt, or materials that bleed oils, plasticizers, or solvents
- Marble substrates
- Airtight enclosures — requires atmospheric moisture to cure
- Contact with materials that may react to acetic acid such as copper, acrylic, and plastic
- Horizontal traffic joints
